When you learn EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), you are taught that being specific is essential to your success. The challenge however, is to be sure you are getting to each possible aspect related to the issue. Because our subconscious mind may have developed its own ideas, unbeknownst to you, getting to certain aspects can be more difficult. You may even find yourself ready to give up, convinced your stuck with the issue.
If you are not familiar with the term, it refers to those afraid of allowing themselves to be happy or “too happy”, certain something negative or tragic will happen.
It is more common than you may think. In severe cases, the thought of letting themselves be relaxed and happy can provoke acute anxiety.
